1.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

This machine could make parent toilet tissue paper rolls from recycled waste paper or virgin wood pulp.Then parent toilet paper rolls could be converted into small bathroom toilet paper rolls.This is the whole production line ,including pulping machine,making machine,rewinding,cutting and packing machine etc.In the making process of toilet paper, after cooking, chemical treatment, rinsing, high-temperature drying and other processes, the paper surface is clean, dust-free, non-staining, soft in texture, strong in water absorption, tightly packed, and free of pathogenic bacteria.

According to different raw materials, toilet paper can be divided into recycled pulp toilet paper and pure wood pulp toilet paper.Recycled pulp toilet paper is made from waste paper recycled pulp toilet paper making machine.At the same time,pure wood pulp toilet paper is made from wood log or bamboo or other natural plants.Because of strict standard,recycled pulp toilet paper is used in bathroom only and pure wood pulp toilet paper could be processed into not only bathroom toilet paper,but also dinner napkin paper,kitchen towel ,facial tissue paper etc.

2.SPECIFICATION.
