YDF series energy conservation hydrapulper.

Hydraulic pulper is one of the most commonly used pulper equipment in the pulp and paper industry, mainly for pulper board, waste books, waste cartons, etc. In terms of structure, it can be divided into vertical hydraulic pulper and horizontal hydraulic pulper.

Equipment introduction

Vertical hydraulic pulper: its main structure includes trough, rotor (impeller), bottom knife ring and motor. Generally, the circular speed of the turntable is 1000m/min, and the diameter of the tank is 1-6m. At present, China's hydraulic pulper has a volume of 1-30 cubic meters and other models.

Working principle: start the motor, the impeller starts to rotate, and the slurry in the tank is sucked in along the axis center and thrown out at high speed from the circumference, forming a violent turbulent circulation. Due to the tearing of the impeller wings and the interaction of the slurry flow layers at different speeds, a huge friction effect is produced, which makes the slurry strongly disperse and separate the fibers in the wet state, and at the same time, the fiber bundles rub against each other in the gap between the impeller and the sieve plate, increasing the role of fibrosis.

Horizontal hydraulic pulper: It is divided into two types, namely, volt (horizontal) hydraulic pulper and drum (rotary drum) hydraulic pulper.

Volt type hydraulic pulper has a side rotor and an impurity collector at the bottom of the tank. Other structures are the same as those of vertical pulper. This pulper is capable of handling unselected waste paper.

The drum-type hydraulic pulper can continuously remove non-fiber impurities that are difficult to be broken, and has a large production capacity. It uses the clapboard on the inner wall of the cylinder to continuously pick up the paper material and drop it to the bottom of the cylinder at a certain height. It uses the tearing and shearing action to achieve the purpose of dissociating the fiber. Major impurities are not subject to mechanical damage and are easy to be removed by impurity removal equipment.
