1.SUGARCANE BAGASSE PULP PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY


1. 1 Processing sugarcane: First, the picked sugar cane is washed, chopped and pressed to extract the sugar cane juice.


1.2 Extract fiber: The sugarcane juice is filtered and centrifuged to separate impurities and liquid components to obtain a solid substance containing cellulose, called bagasse.


1.3 Baggage digestion: Add sugarcane bagasse into a large digestion pot, add an appropriate amount of water and chemicals, and use high temperature 

and pressure to separate the cellulose in the bagasse from other impurities to form cellulose paste.


1.4 Rinsing and dehydration: Rinse the digested cellulose paste to remove residual impurities and chemicals. 

Subsequently, dehydration is performed by pressing or other methods to reduce the moisture in the cellulose paste.


1.5 Papermaking: Pour the dehydrated cellulose paste evenly onto a mesh cloth, and through processes such as extrusion, pressing and drying,

 the cellulose fibers form an intertwined network structure.


1.6 Drying and processing: The wet cardboard obtained during the papermaking process is dried, usually by natural drying or using drying equipment. 

Subsequently, the dried cardboard is subjected to processing steps such as cutting, trimming and packaging to obtain the finished sugarcane paper.
